Abstract:

In order to improve rural land management information and land intensive use, according to current situation of land and features of contract management, Beijing suburban agricultural land contract information management system was built based on Oracle database, ArcGIS Engine, ArcSDE and 3S.Key technology researches were developed such as multi-source heterogeneous data fusion, distributed virtual visiting, land parcel drew and property edited by PDA, results reported and data updated. It combined qualitative analysis, quantitative calculation with visual display to achieve space integrated management while rural land basic information acquisition machine PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) was adopted for the rapid field collection of basic data and updates. The system can achieve spatial decision support business management such as query and statistics, agricultural land transfer management, agricultural disaster assessment and agricultural insurance, agricultural products security. Running of the system promotes transition from the traditional and rough mode towards to the precise and scientific mode and provides sufficient data basis and analysis tool for management departments at all levels of government in rural areas to make rapid and scientific decision. It is very great significant for capital rural three agricultural development.
