摘要：

农产品加工业能够促进城乡产业互动。文章用实证分析方法分析了农产品加工业在成长初期农业的关联最强，与工业和服务业的关联较弱，产业互动的要素主要是自然资源和资本。在成长期，农产品加工业产业集群的趋势增强，产业互动的要素主要是知识和技术。进入成熟期，其与其它产业互动的能力增强，且产业互动的要素更高级、互动模式更多样。文章并以合肥市为例进行阐述。最后提出政府应根据农产品加工业不同发展阶段的特征，出台相应的政策和措施，促进农业结构的调整和农民收入的提高。

Abstract:

It is a good way to promote industry interaction between urban and rural with the development of agricultural product processing industry. This paper analyzed that characteristic of different development stages of agricultural product processing industry .In initial stage, it maintains close ties with agriculture and the main interacted factors are resource and capital .In growing stage ,the main interacted factors are knowledge and technology with the cluster of agricultural product processing industry .In mature stage ,more model of interaction and more upgrade factors become. The paper also analyzed urban and rural promoted by agricultural product processing industry through investigation in Hefei. The suggestion is that suitable policy should be made by characteristic of different development stages of agricultural product processing industry
