高温下水溶性壳聚糖浸种对叶用莴苣种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘要:

初步探讨不同浓度的水溶性壳聚糖溶液对高温胁迫下叶用莴苣种子萌发的影响。采用不同浓度的水溶性壳聚糖溶液处理叶用莴苣种子进行高温萌发试验,统计了种子的发芽率和幼苗的株高、鲜重和根长,并对幼苗的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量进行了测定。试验结果表明:经30~120 mg/L水溶性壳聚糖溶液处理的叶用莴苣种子的发芽率、发芽势、幼苗的根长、株高及鲜重均高于对照,SOD、POD、CAT的活性均表现为先升高后降低的趋势,MDA的含量均低于对照,其中以水溶性壳聚糖浓度为60 mg/L处理时效果最好。

Abstract:

The research aimed to study the effect of exogenous chitosan of different quality density on lettuce seed germination under high temperature stress. This experiment adopted exogenous chitosan of different quality density to deal with the lettuce seeds and carries out the heat sprouting. The test counted the seed germination rate and the seeding height, the fresh weight and the root length of the seedling. The test measured the activities of SOD, POD, CAT and MDA content. The results have shown that lettuce seeds were treated with 30-120 mg/L of exogenous chitosan could increase the seeds germination rate, germination energy, the seeding height, the root length and the fresh weight than of the control. The activity of SOD, CAT and POD increased firstly and then decreased, the content of MDA was lower than that in control, and 60mg/L of exogenous chitosan treatment can get the optimum effect.
