不同光照处理对山桐子容器苗生长和苗木质量的影响研究

The Effect of Different Light Intensity on the Growth and Seedling Quality of Idesia palycarpa Maxim Container Seedlings

摘要:

为探讨不同光照处理对山桐子容器苗生长和苗木质量的影响,本文采用不同透光率的遮荫网对山桐子容器苗遮荫的方法进行研究,结果表明:100%(L0)、60%(L1)、40%(L2)光照处理山桐子容器苗苗高显著高于20%(L3)、5%(L4)光照处理;6月30日前,不同光照处理容器苗地径差异不显著,此后差异达显著水平;9月30日,100%和60%光照处理的地径和茎重显著高于其他处理;100%光照处理的总生物量和根重显著高于其他处理。各形态数值均以100%光照处理的效果最好,一年生苗苗高可达37.73 cm,地径为6.58 mm,总生物量最大(3.61 g),根重为1.38 g,茎重为1.83 g。因此,山桐子容器苗6月30日前宜以60%光照条件下栽培,以减少耗水,此后置于全光照下栽培。

Abstract:

To investigate the effect of different light intensity on growth and seedling quality of Idesia palycarpa Maxim container seedlings, this test used different transmittance of shading screen to shade Idesia palycarpa Maxim container seedlings. The results showed seedling height of Idesia palycarpa Maxim container seedlings under 100%, 60%, 40% light conditions was significantly higher than that of 20%, 5% light conditions; Before June 30, difference of ground diameter was not significant under different light intensity, then difference was significant after June 30; In September 30, ground diameter and stem weight under 100%, 60%of light conditions were significantly higher than others; Total biomass and root weight under 100% light intensity were significantly higher than others; All morphological indexes under 100% light intensity were the best, seedling height, ground diameter, root weights and stem weight of annual seedlings were 37.73 cm, 6.58 mm, 1.38 g, 1.83 g, total biomass was the highest (3.61 g). Therefore, to reduce water consumption, Idesia palycarpa Maxim container seedlings were suitable for cultivation under 60% light intensity before June 30, then after June under 100% light intensity for cultivation under60%.
