高产、双抗型小麦新品种‘川麦51’产量、抗病性等特征分析

Analysis on the Yield Potential, Stability, Adaptability and Disease-resistance of ‘Chuanmai51’

摘要:

为了明确新品种的增产潜力和加快新品种的推广应用,实现新品种的应用价值,通过方差分析、多重比较等方法对小麦新品种——‘川麦51’的产量、抗病性等特征进行比较分析。‘川麦51’是四川省农科院作物研究所选育的一个中筋小麦品种,该品种在2年的区试试验中分别比对照增产12.6%和14.2%,生产试验中比对照增产11.4%。采用DPS软件进行区域试验分析的结果表明,‘川麦51’具有良好的丰产性、稳产性和稳定性。抗病性鉴定结果表明,‘川麦51’高抗条锈病和中抗白粉病,能够抵御频繁爆发条锈病和偶发白粉病的四川气候条件。综合评价认为‘川麦51’具有较高的推广应用价值。

Abstract:

In order to find out yield potential of new variety and accelerate the application of new variety, we analysis the yield, disease resistance, and some other characteristics of a new wheat variety-‘Chuanmai51’ by variance analysis method, multiple comparison method, and so on. ‘Chuanmai51’ is a new medium-gluten wheat breed by institute of crops, Sichuan academy of agriculture sciences. Compared to check variety, the yield of ‘Chuanmai51’ increased 12.6% and 14.2% in two years’ regional test, 11.4% in one year’s production test. Meanwhile ‘Chuanmai51’ has high yield stability and good adaptability. The results of resistance identification showed that ‘Chuanmai51’ possessed high resistant ability to wheat rust and had advantage in Sichuan climate condition which was good for rust fungus reproduction. In summery, ‘Chuanmai51’ is a good variety with high application value.
