生物替代对黄顶菊根际土壤真菌群落多样性的影响

Effects of Biological Replacement on Fungi Communities’ Diversity of Soil Invaded by Flaveria bidentis

摘要:

为了揭示外来植物入侵的土壤微生物学机制,基于18S rDNA的PCR-DGGE图谱分析,同时结合土壤养分的变化进行分析,对入侵植物黄顶菊不同替代控制下的土壤中真菌群落的多样性进行比较分析。DGGE图谱分析结果表明:替代处理后黄顶菊入侵地土壤真菌群落结构发生了显著变化,替代处理前后18S rDNA基因泳道带型的相似度只有45%,并且替代处理后土壤18S rDNA的多样性指数仅为2.04,显著低于单种黄顶菊的2.78;另外,不同植物群落土壤真菌多样性指数分别与有机质、微生物量碳显著正相关,而与速效磷显著负相关。替代处理降低了黄顶菊根际土壤真菌群落多样性、进而影响到土壤养分状况,形成了不利于黄顶菊生长的土壤环境,实现了对其替代防控。

Abstract:

The aim was to reveal the mechanism of alien plant invasion on soil microbiology, the PCR-DGGE combined with cloning of V3 region of fungi 18S rDNA fragments were used to analyze the effects of biological replacement on fungi diversity of soil invaded by Flaveria bidentis, and with the changing of soil nutrient contents. The analysis of DGGE profiles showed that: fungal community structure significantly changed and the similarity between the biological replacement treatment and the no-treatment was only 45%, the index of replacement control on fungi communities’ diversity of soil invaded by the F. bidentis was only 2.04, but the no-treatment was 2.78. Besides, soil fungi diversity index of different plant communities was positively related with the content of organic matter and microbial biomass carbon, but significantly negative with phosphorus content of soil. So that the biological replacement of F. bidentis induced the changes of soil nutrient contents by changing fungi communities diversity. In conclusion, biological replacement has effect on the soil environment F. bidentis grow, and further control its spread effectively.
