“扫虫光”对辣椒地下害虫的防效评价

Control Effects of “Saochongguang” on Soil Insects of Capsicum

摘要:

为进一步科学、合理使用“扫虫光”防治地下害虫的发生与危害,探讨其对作物生长发育的安全性,以辣椒品种‘苗丰三号’为研究对象,采用常规生物学方法,就“扫虫光”对地下害虫的防治效果及其处理前后辣椒种子发芽率、幼苗长势、移栽后辣椒株高、主茎粗、叶宽、分枝茎长、花蕾数进行了比较分析。结果表明,辣椒苗移栽时用“扫虫光”1000倍液、1500倍液、2000倍液浇灌植株或30 kg/hm2、45 kg/hm2、60 kg/hm2处理土壤对地下害虫均具有良好防治效果,处理过的植株生长正常,且处理后30天均未发现存活的地老虎、蛴螬和蝼蛄等地下害虫及其为害;移栽时用“扫虫光”500倍液浇灌植株,虽然对地下害虫具有良好防治效果,但植株生长畸形;移栽时用“扫虫光”2500倍液、3000倍液浇灌植株或15 kg/hm2处理土壤均不能有效防治地下害虫为害。综合考虑经济、高效和简便等因素,移栽时用“扫虫光”1000~2000倍液浇灌植株或30 kg/hm2处理土壤可广泛用于防治地下害虫发生与危害。

Abstract:

To scientifically and reasonably control soil insects with “Saochongguang” and make sure of its safety to capsicum development, its control effects to soil insects and effects on the rate of seed germination, seedling growth, transplanted plant height, main stem diameter, leaf width, length of branching stems, number of buds of the cutivar capsicum ‘Miaofeng III’ were tested using general biological methods. The results showed that, 1000-fold dilution, 1500-fold dilution, 2000-fold dilution, or 30 kg/hm2, 45 kg/hm2 and 60 kg/hm2 of “Saochongguang” were better to control soil insects and there were not any survival soil insects for 30 days after “Saochongguang” treatment when the seedlings were transplanted. 500-fold dilution of “Saochongguang” was also better to control soil insects, but the plants could not normally develop. However, 2500-fold, 3000-fold dilution and 15 kg/hm2 of “Saochongguang” were not effective to soil insects. Given the economic, efficient and simple operation, 1000-2000-fold dilution and 30 kg/hm2 of “Saochongguang” were widely applied to control soil insects.
