克钦湖叶绿素a的高光谱定量模型研究

Hyper-spectral Remote Sensing Models of Chlorophyll-a in Keqin Lake, China

摘要:

水中叶绿素a浓度是衡量水体富营养化程度的最基本的指标,为了监测扎龙湿地克钦湖水体叶绿素a的浓度,笔者利用高光谱地物光谱仪对克钦湖进行了现场光谱测量和同步采样分析,通过分析克钦湖水体反射光谱特征,利用一阶微分法、归一化反射率和反射率比值法分别建立了叶绿素a的遥感定量模型。结果表明:利用697 nm一阶微分建立的线性模型,其R2为0.703;利用归一化反射率建立的模型中,精度最高的是采用604 nm反射率的线性模型,R2为0.794;利用R703/R677反射比建立模型精度进一步提高,R2为0.879。经过模型验证表明,所建模型可以用来实现对克钦湖叶绿素a的定量估算,为今后进行克钦湖叶绿素a遥感反演提供了研究基础。

Abstract:

Chlorophyll-a concentration in water is one of the most basic indices for water quality. In order to monitor chlorophyll-a concentration ration in Keqin Lake in Zhalong wetland, reflectance spectra were measured with FieldSpec spectrometer. Remote sensing models of Chlorophyll-a were developed by some methods, including normalized reflectance, first-derivative and spectral ratio, and aimed to monitor precisely chlorophyll-a concentration in Keqin Lake. The results indicated that the linearity algorithm between chlorophyll-a concentration and first-derivative of the reflectance at 697 nm was not high (R2=0.703). The accuracy of the power function algorithm using the normalized reflectance could be improved (R2=0.794). The relationship between chlorophyll-a concentration ration and the band-ratio of R703/R677 was the best, and the accuracy was the highest (R2=0.879). The present study showed that cholorophyll-a concentration was estimated with reflectance band-ratios model in Keqin Lake, and provided research foundation to estimate chlorophyll-a concentration using hyper-spectral remote sensing data.
