控释肥对黄芪生长发育及产量品质的影响

Effects of Controlled Release Fertilizer on Growth and Quality of Astragalus Membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge

摘要:

为了研究控释肥对黄芪生长发育及产量品质的影响,以泰山产黄芪为材料,通过大田试验研究了控释肥不同施肥量对黄芪生长发育、产量和品质的影响。与常规NPK施肥相比,等养分含量的控释肥对黄芪株高的影响在不同生长时期影响不同,其中以生育中期影响最大;收获时CRF1、CRF2、CRF3控释肥处理组的茎粗比常规施肥组分别增加了31.00%、31.48%、27.27%,其影响根冠比的顺序是CRF1>CRF2>CK>CRF3;3个控释肥处理组的黄芪多糖含量比对照CK分别提高了1.65倍、1.55倍和1.54倍。控释肥处理组能够改善黄芪的农艺性状,显著提高经济产量和多糖含量。

Abstract:

The aim was to investigate the effect of fertilizer rate of controlled release fertilizer (CRF) on the growth, yield and quality of A. membranaceus in the mountain Taishan. Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge was selected as the experimental material, the effect of fertilizer rate of controlled release fertilizer (CRF) on the growth, yield and quality of A. membranaceus in the mountain Taishan, were studied under field experiment. Compared with the traditional chemical fertilizer (NPK), CRFs with the equivalence nutrient content of NPK had different effects on the height of different period of growth. Remarkably, CRFs had more important effect in the middle period of growth than that of NPK. Stem diameters of A. membranaceus of CRF1, CRF2, and CRF3 were increased by 31.00%, 31.48% and 27.27% than that of traditional chemical fertilizer at the harvest time, respectively. The effect on the root cap ratio was as following: CRF1>CRF2>CK>CRF3. The contents of polysaccharide of CRF1, CRF2, and CRF3 were 1.65, 1.55 and 1.54 times than that of CK, respectively. The application of CRF could significantly improve the agronomic characteristics; increase the yield and the content of polysaccharide of A. membranaceus.
