农产品安全生产信息化配套技术体系探讨与研究

摘要:

针对当前农产品安全生产信息化过程中配套技术与体系重要性认识不足,以安全生产信息化中所必需涉及的相关内容为主线,探析了生产过程中产地环境信息、安全生产过程控制配套技术和安全评价与预警等影响农产品安全生产信息化的重要因素。提出了产地编码体系的建立、产地环境安全评价预警模型设计、生产过程投入品控制技术体系建立、安全生产标准化档案登记规范建设、多元化产品溯源技术应用以及农产品流通渠道创新设计是辅助具体农产品安全生产信息化建设的重要支撑内容。通过对其中设计的部分农产品安全生产信息化配套技术与体系的具体应用也表明,加强信息化所依赖的配套生产技术体系的开发、设计与应用是非常必要和有益的。

Abstract:

For lacking awareness of the importance of supporting technology and architecture in current safety production informatization of agricultural products, this approach took the contents which were essential to safety production of agricultural products as a line, and the analysis demonstrated that producing environmental information, production procedure controlling techniques and risk assessment were the key factors which affected the safety production of agricultural products. Finally, the study proposed that establishing code system of production place, designing risk assessment and prediction model of producing environment, building control system for agricultural inputs, implementing specifications of product file, employing multiple tracing tag technology and creating innovative mode of distribution were important contents for safety production informatization of agricultural products. The application of partial designed supporting techniques and architecture shows that it was necessary and helpful to strengthen the development and implement of these related technologies.
