燕山山区安梨资源品质调查初报

An Investigation on the Quality of Yanshan Mountain Pyrus ussrcensis Resources

摘要:

安梨是优良资源,对燕山山区安梨资源进行调查,测定其果实内在和外在品质,为此资源的开发利用提供参考。在安梨成熟期,对燕山山区不同区域安梨资源果实进行采集,对影响其果实品质的13项指标进行测定。在对安梨外观品质的测定中,绥中的安梨果最大,其次是迁安、青龙、遵化、迁西;迁安地区的果实果皮最薄,其次是青龙、迁西、遵化、绥中;绥中的果实果点最少,其次是迁安、遵化、迁西、青龙;迁西的果实果形指数大,为椭圆形或圆锥形,其次是绥中、青龙、迁安,为圆形或近圆形,最小的为遵化,为扁圆形;遵化地区的安梨果实果柄最长,其次为迁西、青龙、绥中、迁安。在安梨内在品质的测定中,迁安的果实果肉最软,其次为青龙、遵化、迁西、绥中;绥中的安梨果实的可溶性糖含量最高,其次为迁西、迁安、遵化、青龙;迁西果实的总酸含量最低,其次为青龙、绥中、迁安、遵化;遵化的安梨果实石细胞含量最少,其次为迁西、青龙、绥中、迁安;迁西地区安梨果实的果皮花青素含量最高,其次为青龙、迁安、绥中、遵化;绥中的安梨果实的叶绿素含量最高,其次为青龙、迁西、迁安、遵化;迁安的安梨果实的出汁率最高,其次为绥中、遵化、迁西、青龙;遵化地区果实果心所占比例最小,其次为迁安、迁西、青龙、绥中。综上,通过量化安梨资源品质,认为迁安地区安梨资源品质最优,绥中、迁西、青龙次之,遵化地区安梨的综合品质较差。

Abstract:

Pyrus ussrcensis is an excellent resource. We carried out an investigation to Pyrus ussrcensis resources of Yanshan Mountain and determined the internal and external fruit quality, providing reference for the development and utilization of resources. We collected different fruit plants of Yanshan Mountain Pyrus ussrcensis resources and measured the 13 quality indicators that affect the fruit quality. An appearance on the quality of the determination of pear, Suizhong was the largest, followed was Qian'an, Qinglong, Zunhua, Qianxi; Qian'an fruit peel was the thinnest, second was the Qinglong, Qianxi, Zunhua, Suizhong; Suizhong’fruit point was the least, followed was Qian'an, Zunhua, Qianxi, Qinglong; Qianxi’s fruit shape indices was the biggest, elliptical-shaped or conical, second was Suizhong, Qinglong, Qian'an, which was round or nearly round, minimum was Zunhua, which was the flat circular; Zunhua District in the pear fruit stalk up, followed was Qianxi, Qinglong, Suizhong, Qian'an. An inherent quality in the determination of Pyrus ussrcensis, Qian'an fruit flesh was most soft ,followed was Qinglong, Zunhua, Qianxi, Suizhong; Suizhong's content of soluble sugar was the highest, followed was Qianxi, Qian'an, Zunhua, Qinglong; Qianxi's total acid content of fruit was the lowest, followed was Qinglong, Suizhong, Qian'an, Zunhua; Zunhua's content of stone cells in Pyrus ussrcensis was the least, followed was Qianxi, Qinglong, Suizhong, Qian'an; Qianxi regional security pear fruit anthocyanin content was the highest followed was Qinglong, Qian'an, Suizhong, Zunhua; Suizhong's chlorophyll content of Pyrus ussrcensis was the highest, followed was Qinglong, Qianxi, Qian'an, Zunhua; Qian'an’s pear juice yield was the highest, followed was Suizhong, Zunhua, Qianxi, Qinglong; Zunhua's percentage of fruit pith was the smallest. Summing up, resources on quality of pear rate, Qian'an region was best in quality regional security, the Zunhua comprehensive regional quality was poor.
