保水肥料对温室黄瓜生长与产量品质的影响

Effects of Water-holding Fertilizers on the Growth and Yield Quality of Cucumber in Greenhouse

摘要:

为了研究保水剂在温室蔬菜上与肥料配合应用的效果,以‘新泰密刺’黄瓜品种为材料,将目前正被广泛利用的保水剂与氮肥施用相结合,研究不同保水剂与氮肥条件对黄瓜生长特性、产量品质、根系生长的影响。结果表明,45.0 kg/hm2用量的保水剂处理与减施氮肥20%条件下,黄瓜产量最高,较习惯施肥不加保水剂的增加了8.25%,根冠比增大0.018;黄瓜中可溶性糖含量、VC含量及可溶性蛋白含量最高,分别较习惯肥不施保水剂处理的黄瓜高8.69%、7.47%、9.80%,且均达到显著水平。在当前温室黄瓜生产中,用适量保水剂与氮肥减施结合使用的施肥方式,能够有效改善当前温室黄瓜氮肥过量使用的现状,提高黄瓜产量,改善黄瓜品质。

Abstract:

In order to study the effect of water-holding agent on vegetable in greenhouse with fertilizers, the author made the experiment of cucumber ‘Xintai mici’ in greenhouse with different water-holding agent and nitrogen amount, the effects of water-holding agent and nitrogen amount on the growth, yield, quality and root growth were studied. The results showed that under the condition of water-holding agent 45.0 kg/hm2 and reduced nitrogen 20%, yield of cucumber was highest, which was 8.25% higher than the treatment with no water-holding agent and custom fertilizer, and root-shoot ratio was 0.018 higher than the treatment with no water-holding agent and custom fertilizer; soluble sugar content, VC content and soluble protein were highest, which were respectively 8.69%, 7.47% and 9.80% higher than the treatment with no water-holding agent and custom fertilizer, with significant difference. In greenhouse cucumber production, using proper amount of water-holding agent and reducing fertilizers can effectively improve the present situation of overcommitting nitrogen, and increase yield and quality of cucumber.
