社会资源动员——符号化?话语表达?结构固化

摘要：

为探析乡村社会治理机制、解读乡村社会关系及行动逻辑，对C县BL乡白路村进行了长时段田野调查。从社会资源动员视角出发，以农村选举焦点事件为切入点对乡村社会进行分析。认为在信息不充分、监督、纠错、惩罚机制缺失的乡村社会中演绎着独特的社会生态。其二元性的治理机制中，各主体符号化事件、项目、新农村建设等公共事务，在此基础上提炼话语，为自身合法性动员社会资源置换社会资本展现话语表达权，进而固化乡村社会结构。在此结构中村民区分“他们”(他群)、“我们”(我群)来行使村庄事务及自我定位角色，从而强化了精英主体在新一轮社会资源置换社会资本的能力，固化了乡村各主体的行动逻辑。

Abstract:

Based on the villagers' election, from the view of the social resource mobilization, the author proceeds long-term field study in BL village in country so as to analyze the social governance system, explain social relationships and action logic in the countryside. The author thinks that the specific social ecology is presented in the village society in which there are not responding systems of supervision, rectification and punishment. In the dual social governance system, various public affairs symbolized have presented its rationality and legality, which further strengthen the village social structure. The villagers divide out-group and in-group according to the social structure and perform the village affairs and self-role; As a result it promotes the ability of the village elite to obtain social capital and solidifies the villagers’ action logic.
