摘要:

为了加快马铃薯试管薯的繁殖速度,通过优化马铃薯试管薯诱导的影响因素,建立适合马铃薯试管薯诱导体系。结果表明:适合马铃薯试管薯诱导的培养基为MS+IBA 0.05 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L+香豆素10 mg/L+蔗糖10%+活性炭0.2%,培养条件为暗培养,培养温度为20℃,可使结薯率达94.25%,单粒薯重达0.128 g,优质薯率达100%,为试管薯的工厂化生产奠定技术基础。

Abstract:

The study aimed to accelerate speed of propagation of potato microtubers. In this study, the induction system of potato microtubers was established by optimizing the influence factor. The results indicated that, the medium was MS with 0.05 mg/L IBA, 0.05 mg/L NAA, 10 mg/L coumarin, 10% sucrose and 0.2% activated carbon, dark culture and 20℃ were suitable for induction of microtubers. In this system, the tuber rate was 94.25%, the weight of single microtuber was 0.128 g, and the rate of high-quality potatoes was 100%. The system proved a technological foundation for industrialized production of potato micretubers.
