甘蓝型油菜SPAD值与叶绿素含量关系分析

摘要:

以分属冬性、半冬性、春性类型的5份甘蓝型油菜品种为材料,进行了2年试验,比较了不同材料间SPAD值和叶绿素含量之间的差异,分析了SPAD值与叶绿素含量的相关性,构建了二者之间的线性回归关系,研究了两类指标在不同年份间的变异。试验结果表明,部分材料间SPAD值差异极显著,叶绿素a、叶绿素b及叶绿素总量在部分材料间差异极显著,而类胡萝卜素含量在材料间无差异。甘蓝型油菜SPAD值与叶绿素含量之间的相关分析结果表明,SPAD值与叶绿素含量呈正向显著相关,其中与叶绿素总量相关程度最高(r=0.9082),其次是与叶绿素b的相关(r=0.8366)。SPAD值及叶绿素含量年际间差异性分析结果表明,两者受年际间环境影响较大。

Abstract:

Difference between SPAD value and chlorophyll content of various genotypes of Brassica napus was compared, correlation analysis was conducted upon SPAD value and chlorophyll content, and the variation between two years was studied using five rapeseed varieties belong to winter, semi-winter, spring type, respectively. Results showed that the difference of SPAD value, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll among genotypes were very significant. However, there was not difference between the materials for the carotenoid content. Positive significant correlation between SPAD value and chlorophyll content was observed, among which the highest degree of correlation of was found between SPAD value and the total chlorophyll (r =0.9082), followed by chlorophyll b (r=0.8366). Both of SPAD values and chlorophyll content were fluctuated between years according to the analysis.
