植物生长调节剂对玉米生长特性的效应研究

摘要:

为探索不同植物生长调节剂对玉米生长发育特性的影响,以及对玉米产量的调控作用,为植物生长调节剂在玉米大面积生产上的应用提供科学的依据。以玉米新品种‘渝单30’为试验材料,5种植物生长调节剂为处理试剂,采用随机区组试验,对各处理进行叶片喷雾法实施。结果表明:施用5种调节剂均不同程度的降低了玉米株高和穗位高等植株性状,增强了茎粗、抗倒等抗逆性,改良了穗长、穗粗、穗粒数等重要的经济性状。其中矮壮素可溶性粉剂(AZ)的产量最高,达7526.67 kg/hm2,比对照净增产量828.34 kg/hm2,增产率12.37%,增产达极显著水平;其余各处理比CK净增产量123.34~613.34 kg/hm2,增产幅度达1.84%~9.16%。

Abstract:

Studying the effect of different plant growth regulators on maize development and yield, it is useful to select regulators in large area of production. Our research selected Chongqing leading variety the ‘Yudang 30’ and five plant growth regulator as material, employed randomized block experiment and leaf spray method. The results showed that, five regulators reduced plant height and ear position height, increased stem wide and resistance, and enhanced yield and profit in different degrees. The yield of material treated with cycocel soluble powder (AZ) was the highest among all the treatments, reached 7526.67 kg/hm2, which increased 828.34 kg/hm2 than the control, and significantly increased 12.37%; the yield of materials treated with other plant growth regulators increased from 123.34 kg/hm2 to 613.34 kg/hm2 than the control, increased 1.84%-9.16%.
