The Research Progress of Physiological and Biochemical Indexes About Drought Tolerance in Crop

摘要: 研究农作物耐旱性对农业生产具有重要意义。本研究从光合作用、呼吸作用、渗透调节、植物内源激素、抗氧化防御系统等方面综述了农作物耐旱性在生理生化方面的研究进展,并进一步阐明了各生理生化指标的变化规律与作物耐旱性强弱之间的关系,为今后进一步的研究农作物耐旱性提供了理论依据。

Abstract: The study of crop drought tolerance is of great significance for agricultural production. This paper summarized the advances of physiologic and biochemical indexes, which included the photosynthesis, the respiration, the osmotic regulation, the plant endogenous hormones and antioxidant and defense system, in the research of drought tolerance in crop. Furthermore, it clarified the relationship between the variation of physiological and biochemical indicators and the strength of crop drought tolerance, and provided a theoretical basis for future deeper study of crop drought tolerance.
