摘要: 为了科学培育闽楠大容器苗,在福建沙县进行了闽楠大容器苗移植方法和光照条件田间试验。结果表明,采用1年生美植袋苗移栽的方法可提高成苗率;美植袋苗移栽法、空气切根处理和带肥移植等能显著提高苗木的苗高、地径、总生物量、地上和地下生物量以及根冠比和质量指数;光照条件对闽楠大窗器苗的苗高、地径、总生物量、地上和地下生物量和质量指数有着显著性以上的影响,但对根冠比无显著性影响,最佳的光照条件为50%全日照。采用美植袋苗移栽法、空气切根处理、带肥移植等培育措施和50%全日照可提高闽楠大容器苗培育成效。

Abstract: In order to scientifically cultivate large container seedlings of Phoebe bournei, field tests of large container seedling transplanting method and light condition were conducted in Shaxian County of Fujian. The results showed that: adopting 1-year-old US-sik bagging transplant method could improve the seedling rate; US-sik bagging seedling transplantation method, cutting root in the air treatment and transplantation with fertilizer could significantly improve large container seedling height, diameter, whole biomass, above and below ground biomass, root shoot ratio and quality index. Light conditions had a more significant impact on seedlings height, diameter, whole biomass, above-ground and below-ground biomass and quality index of large container seedling of P. bournei., but had no significant impact on root shoot ratio, the optimum lighting condition was 50% full sunlight. Adopting cultivation measures like US-sik bagging seedling transplantation method, cutting root in the air treatment and transplantation with fertilizer, and 50% full sunlight could improve the effectiveness of large container seedling cultivation of P. bournei.
