北京市门头沟区休闲农业园游客满意度调查研究

Study on Recreational Agricultural Tourist Satisfaction of Mentougou District of Beijing

摘要: 自2000年以来北京市门头沟区的休闲农业产业发展迅猛,分析影响该区休闲农业游客满意度的因素,了解游客的真实需求,确定目标人群,明确发展策略,对于推动该区休闲农业的发展具有重要意义。笔者通过运用主成分分析法对北京市门头沟区游客满意度进行分析,构建了由13个指标构成的游客满意度评价指标体系。结果显示游客满意度的总得分为5.89,排名前5位的分别是自然资源、空气质量、交通、基础设施和原始景观的维护;排名最低的是餐饮风味,其次4项按分值从低到高分别是参与性项目、服务者态度、卫生条件和游客信息获取渠道。根据评价结果笔者提出了突出门头沟区农家餐饮特色、丰富园内活动项目、提高园内服务水平、改善园内环境卫生、加大农园品牌宣传和推广等对策建议。

Abstract: With the rapid development of leisure agriculture in Mentougou District of Beijing since 2000, the study aims to clarify the factors affecting the leisure agriculture visitor satisfaction, understand the real needs of tourists, determine target population and identify development strategy for promoting leisure agriculture. Through using the principal component analysis method to analyze visitor satisfaction in Mentougou District of Beijing, the author built tourist satisfaction evaluation index system composed by 13 indicators. The results showed that the overall score of visitor satisfaction was 5.89, the top five were the natural resources, air quality, transportation, infrastructure and original land scape maintenance; ranked the lowest was dining flavor, followed by four scores from low to high respectively for participatory projects, service providers attitude, health conditions and visitor information learned channel. Based on the evaluation results, the author proposes countermeasures and suggestions like highlighting Mentougou farmhouse catering features, rich park activities, improving the park service levels, perfecting the park sanitation and increasing brand awareness and promotion.
