有机肥施肥量对‘夏黑’葡萄生长和果实品质的影响

Effects of Different Organic Fertilizer Application Levels on the Growth and Fruit Quality of‘Xiahei’Grapes

摘要: 为高效合理地施用有机肥来进行葡萄生产,以5 年生避雨栽培‘夏黑’葡萄为试验材料,研究基肥增施有机肥(22.5、45、90 t/hm2)对‘夏黑’葡萄的营养生长和果实品质的影响。结果表明:增施有机肥可有效促进‘夏黑’葡萄植株的生长,提高光合速率,改善果实品质;但施肥量为90 t/hm2时,枝条过长,粗度偏细,对植株的成熟度有影响,过多增加有机肥施肥量在一定程度上对‘夏黑’葡萄的生长产生负面影响,同时还浪费生产成本投入。综合来看,建议有机肥施用量45 t/hm2。

Abstract: In order to use organic fertilizer efficiently and reasonably in grape cultivation, five- year old ‘Xiahei’grape under protected cultivation was used as the experimental material and fertilized with different amount of organic fertilizer (22.5, 45, 90 t/hm2), to compare the plant growth and fruit quality among the treatments. The results showed that the organic fertilizer could promote plant growth, increase the photosynthesis rate and improve fruit quality. But when the organic fertilizer amount was increased to 90 t/hm2, the branches became longer and thinner with lower degree of maturity. Excessive increase in organic fertilizer to some extent, not only had a negative impact on the growth of‘Xiahei’grape, but also was a waste of production cost. It was concluded that the optimal amount of organic fertilizer for‘Xiahei’grape under protected cultivation was 45 t/hm2.
