铃期对晋南早熟棉纤维品质的影响

Effect of Boll Setting Period on Fiber Quality of Early Cotton in Southern Shanxi

摘要: 为探索晋南早熟棉铃期对纤维品质的影响,给优质早熟棉品种的选育提供理论支持和重要依据,初步分析了‘中棉所50 号’和‘晋棉57 号’的铃期长短对纤维品质各指标的影响,结果表明:‘中棉所50 号’在铃龄为73 天时棉纤维长度最长(为29.01 mm),纤维整齐度指数最高(为84.60%),比强度最高(为28.7 cN/tex)。‘晋棉57 号’在铃龄为79 天时棉纤维长度最长(为28.75 mm),纤维整齐度指数最高(为84.40%),比强度与73 天铃龄的数值(28.9 cN/tex)相当,为28.8 cN/tex。总体而言,早熟棉的纤维长度、整齐度、比强度和马克隆值均随铃期的缩短而基本呈下降趋势,而伸长率随铃期的缩短而大体呈升高的趋势。其中铃期对比强度和马克隆值的影响最大。

Abstract: In order to explore the effect of boll setting period on fiber quality of early cotton in Southern Shanxi, and provide theoretical support and important basis for breeding early-maturing varieties with high fiber quality,‘CCRI 50’and‘Jinmian 57’were taken as materials to analyze the influence of the boll setting period length on fiber quality. The results showed that the fiber quality of‘CCRI 50’was the best when the boll age was 73-days, the fiber length was 29.01 mm, the uniformity index was 84.60%, and the fiber strength was 28.7 cN/Tex. On the other hand, the fiber quality of‘Jinmian 57’was the best when the boll age was 79- days, the fiber length was 28.75 mm, the uniformity index was 84.40%, and the fiber strength was 28.8 cN/Tex, and the fiber strength of 79-days was 0.1 cN/Tex lower than that of 73-days. In general, the fiber length, uniformity, strength and micronaire of early cotton fell down with the shortening of boll setting period, while the elongation showed a rising trend with the shortening of boll setting period. Among the 5 indicators, the influences of boll setting period on fiber strength and micronaire were the largest.
