大豆根腐病研究进展

Research Progress of Soybean Root Rot

摘要: 为研究大豆根腐病对生产的危害,笔者介绍了引起大豆根腐病的大豆疫霉菌(Phytophthora sojae)、镰刀菌(Fusarium spp.)、腐霉菌(Pythium spp.)和立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)的生物学特征和流行规律,以及目前国内外大豆根腐病抗病基因的鉴定、克隆及其在大豆抗病育种上的应用。此外,笔者还综述了中国大豆根腐病抗(耐)病的种质资源,以及大豆根腐病菌生防菌的筛选与应用研究,并总结了大豆根腐病的不同防治措施。本综述将为大豆抗根腐病的分子机制及大豆根腐病的防治研究提供参考依据。

Abstract: Soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) is one of the major cash crops in China, however, its production is seriously influenced by soybean root rot disease. This review introduced the biological features and epidemic regulation of Phytophthora sojae, Fusarium spp., Pythium spp. and Rhizoctonia solani which caused soybean root rot, and the identification and cloning of soybean root rot resistance genes and their application in soybean breeding for disease resistance. In addition, the germplasm resources with disease resistance or tolerance, and the screening and application of soybean root rot biocontrol strains in China were reviewed, and several strategies for controlling soybean root rot were summarized. This review could provide the information for molecular mechanism study on soybean resistance to soybean root rot as well as prevention and control of the disease.
