大鳞鲃仔、稚、幼鱼的生长发育观察

The Growth and Development of Larval, Juvenile and Young Fish of Barbus capito

摘要: 为系统的掌握大鳞鲃发育早期各个阶段的形态特征,对大鳞鲃出膜后的仔、稚、幼鱼生长发育形态特征和生长规律进行了连续的观察和研究。结果显示:初孵大鳞鲃仔鱼全长6.80~7.26mm,肛门未开口,为内源性营养;出膜后3d开始少量摄食,营混合营养;出膜后9d,卵黄囊吸收完毕,完全消失,开始外源性营养;19日龄时各鳍形成;55日龄时各鳍发育完善,身体布满鳞片,形态与成鱼相似。利用统计分析方法建立了全长生长曲线模型为:L=0.747t+6.168(R2=0.977),体重和全长关系曲线模型为:W=0.003L3.346(R2=0.997)。本研究通过了解大鳞鲃的早期发育特征进一步丰富其早期生活史资料,并对其苗种生产提供理论指导。

Abstract: In order to know the morphological of early development of Barbus capito, the larval was sampled to observed and study. The result showed that: the total body length of the newly hatched larvae ranged 6.80~7.26mm; the anus was not open, the larvae relied on their yolk for mourishment. The larvae was fed at 3 days old, and the yolk was exhausted at 9 days old. All fins complete appeared at 19 days old. With all fin rays completely developed and the scale covered the whole body of larvae at 55 days old, which meant the beginning of young fish stage. The growth curves model was: L=0.747t+6.168(R2=0.977). The correlation equation of weight and body length was: W=0.003L3.346(R2=0.997). The study advanced knowledge of the early stages of seed breeding of Barbus capito.
