蜡蚧轮枝菌素对5种蚜虫毒杀作用的初步研究

摘要: 从俄罗斯全俄植保所引入的蜡蚧轮枝菌Tri–BA81,经液体发酵培养,并经萃取、提纯得到代谢产物—蜡蚧轮枝菌素,并将其用于对5种蚜虫的毒杀作用研究。结果表明,该代谢产物表现出很高的毒杀作用。室内生测,1%的蜡蚧轮枝菌素液对甘蓝蚜及瓜蚜的校正死亡率分别为76.35%和91.53%,2%蜡蚧轮枝菌素液对桃蚜的校正死亡率为91.79%。1%和3%的蜡蚧轮枝菌素液对麦长管蚜的校正死亡率分别为65.45%和100%,对大豆蚜的校正死亡率分别为65.56%和99.53%;田间平均防效为72.5%和79.4%。

Abstract: The zymotic production by ferment cultivate and extraction from Tri-BA81 of Verticillium lecanii introduced from institute of Plant Protection of Russia, is applied to prevent five aphis. The result shows, the zymotic production has high poison effects. Biometrics indoor, 1% liquids of it have 76.35% and 91.53% death rate on Breviloryne bvassicae and Aphis gossypii, 2% liquids of it have 91.79% death rate on Myzus persicae. 1% and 3% liquids of it have 65.45% and 100% death rate on Macrosiphum avenae, and have 65.56% and 99.56% death rate on Aphis glycines; have 72.5% and 79.4% death rate in field.
