摘要: 杂种优势是一种广泛存在的自然现象,其遗传机理一直为人们所关注,随着分子生物学的发展,推动了人们对杂种优势机理的进一步认识。本文从基因组的分子标记差异与杂种优势的关系,数量性状位点及基因表达与调控对杂种优势的影响等几方面进行了综述,并对芯片技术在杂种优势机理研究上的作用进行了展望。

Abstract: Heterosis is a natural phenomenon widely existing in crops, the genetic mechanism of which was exploited in the past. With the development of molecular biology, the mechanism was further elucidated at the molecular level. In this paper, we reviewed the relationship between difference of molecular marker in the genome and heterosis, the effect of quantitative trait loci (QTL) on heterosis and the influence of genetic expression and regulation to heterosis. Utilization of chip technique in heterosis study was also prospected.
