摘要：

以江苏省休闲农业为例,分析发展环境和制定发展战略,为江苏省甚至全国休闲农业发展提供理论支撑。本研究采用SWOT-PEST方法,从政治、经济、社会、技术4个方面对江苏省发展休闲农业的优势、劣势、机遇及挑战进行分析。2019年,江苏省休闲农业接待游客2.3亿人次,综合收入680亿元,休闲农业品牌总数居全国前列。江苏省发展休闲农业具有农业资源多样、区位优势明显、经济实力强劲、信息技术广泛应用等优势和机遇,但存在区域发展不平衡、缺乏科学规划、专业人才紧缺等问题,也面临市场竞争加剧、生态环境威胁、缺乏创新创意等威胁。针对江苏省休闲农业发展存在的问题,构建了SWOT-PEST分析矩阵,提出发展型、扭转型、多样化、防御性4种可持续发展策略。

Abstract:

Taking leisure agriculture in Jiangsu Province as an example, we analyzed the development environment of leisure agriculture and the formulation of development strategy. The research results are expected to provide theoretical support and scientific basis for the development of leisure agriculture in Jiangsu Province and the whole country. In this study, we used the SWOT-PEST method to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of leisure agriculture in Jiangsu Province from four aspects of politics, economy, society and technology. In 2019, the leisure agriculture of Jiangsu Province received more than 230 million tourists, the comprehensive income was over 68 billion yuan, and the total number of leisure agriculture brands ranks in the forefront of the country. These results show that diverse agricultural resources, obvious geographical advantages, strong economic strength, increased leisure time, and extensive application of information technology are the advantages and opportunities. However, there are some problems such as uneven regional development, lack of science planning, and shortage of professionals. The development of leisure agriculture in Jiangsu Province is also facing the threat of intensified market competition, ecological environment threat, lack of innovation and creativity and so on. In view of the problems existing in the development of leisure agriculture in Jiangsu Province, the SWOT-PEST analysis matrix is constructed in this study, and we put forward four sustainable development strategies: development strategy, reverse strategy, diversification strategy and defensive strategy.
