							摘要:
为系统研究国内外加工食品消费的理论成果,推动相关研究的成熟和完善。本研究综合运用文献资料法和对比分析法,梳理总结了加工食品消费的研究成果,概括了目前国际前沿的加工食品分类标准,梳理了加工食品消费与营养健康的关系,归纳了加工食品消费的影响因素的研究情况,总结了加工食品消费的变化趋势。研究认为:目前国内外关于加工食品消费的研究对象基本都为国外某一国家或地区,主要采用定性研究方法,且对加工食品消费影响的演进机理和路径研究不足。未来的研究可以中国为视角展开,采用实证研究方法,重点关注贸易开放对加工食品消费影响的演进机理和路径,探索构建贸易开放、加工食品消费与营养健康相联结的理论分析框架。
