有机肥和微生物菌剂对新宁脐橙产量和品质的影响

Effects of Organic Fertilizer and Microbial Inoculants on the Yield and Quality of Xinning Navel Orange

摘要:

探讨改施有机肥提高脐橙产量和品质,为湖南新宁县脐橙园土壤环境改良和脐橙生态种植提供技术依据。以‘7904’脐橙为试材,利用田间小区试验,设置3个不同施肥处理,即有机肥(T1)、有机肥+微生物菌剂(T2)和化肥(常规施肥,T3),分别测定连续2年不同施肥处理的脐橙产量和果实品质指标。试验结果表明,在2019年,与T3比,T1增加脐橙单株产量、平均果重和还原糖分别为6.88%、20.41%和12.54%,T2分别增加6.18%、26.60%和12.85%,糖酸比都无显著增加。在2020年,与T3比,T1增加脐橙单株产量、平均果重、还原糖和糖酸比分别为6.03%、6.19%、72.16%和59.50%,T2分别增加5.12%、10.76%、69.68%和55.34%。2019年和2020年,T2相对于T3果实可食率分别增加6.72%和5.73%,T2相对T1分别增加7.63%和6.78%。综合考量脐橙产量和果实品质,施有机肥+微生物菌剂相对较优。本研究认为施有机肥+微生物菌剂不仅能增加脐橙产量和果实品质,还能替代化肥,避免环境污染。

Abstract:

The research aims to improve the yield and quality of navel orange fruit by organic fertilizer and microbial inoculants application, thus providing a technical basis for soil environment improvement and navel orange green plantation in Xinning County of Hunan Province. The authors used ‘7904’ navel orange as the test material and carried out a field plot experiment, three different fertilization treatments were set up, namely the organic fertilizer (T1), organic fertilizer+ microbial inoculants (T2), conventional chemical fertilization (T3), to measure relative indexes of fruit yield and quality. The results showed that compared with T3, the yield, average fruit heavy, reducing sugar content and sugar-acid ratio of navel orange obviously increased by 6.88%, 20.41%, 12.54%, 0% respectively in 2019 and 6.03%, 6.19%, 72.16%, 59.50%, respectively in 2020 by using the organic fertilizer (T1), and 6.18%, 26.60%, 12.85%, 0% respectively in 2019 and 5.12%, 10.76%, 69.68%, 55.34% respectively in 2020 by using the organic fertilizer+ microbial inoculants (T2). The edible rate of T2 was increased by 6.72% in 2019 and 5.73% in 2020 compared with T3 and 7.63% in 2019 and 6.78% in 2020 compared with T1. Considering the fruit yield and quality, the application of organic fertilizer+ microbial inoculants is the optical treatment. The field experiments indicate that using organic fertilizer+ microbial inoculants could not only improve the fruit yield and quality, but also substitute for chemical fertilizer application to prevent its pollution.
