蚯蚓粪浸泡处理对3种蔬菜幼苗生长的影响

Effects of Earthworm Manure Soaking on the Growth of Three Vegetable Seedlings

摘要:

为了促进蚯蚓粪基质栽培利用,提升基质栽培蔬菜品质和商品性,本试验通过对蚯蚓粪进行浸泡处理,设置未处理蚯蚓粪(M)、蚯蚓粪浸泡1次(M1)、蚯蚓粪浸泡3次(M3)、草炭基质(CK) 4个处理,研究对小白菜、小油菜、紫快菜3种蔬菜生长的影响。结果表明:相比草炭基质处理,蚯蚓粪基质显著提高蔬菜产量,3种蚯蚓粪基质处理对小油菜、紫快菜、小白菜产量的平均增幅为41.4%、35.4%、16.7%;3种蔬菜对蚯蚓粪浸泡处理响应程度不同,响应程度由大到小依次是小油菜>小白菜>紫快菜;相比蚯蚓粪处理,蚯蚓粪浸泡1次和3次显著降低蔬菜产量,但是浸泡处理可以提高蔬菜维生素C等指标,浸泡1次、3次处理显著降低硝酸盐含量,相比未浸泡处理分别降低7.3%、8.8%,浸泡1次和3次处理之间差异不显著。试验可以得出,在生产中蚯蚓粪浸泡一次应用效果更好,值得在生产中推广。

Abstract:

To improve the quality and marketability of substrate cultivated vegetables by using earthworm manure substrate, this experiment studied the effect of earthworm manure soaking on the growth of Chinese cabbage, Brassica napus and Purple celery. We set up 4 treatments of untreated earthworm manure (M), earthworm manure soaking once (M1), earthworm manure soaking three times (M3) and turf substrate (CK). The results showed that compared with turf substrate treatment, earthworm manure substrate significantly increased the yield of vegetables. The average yield increase of the three earthworm manure substrate treatments on Brassica napus, Purple celery and Chinese cabbage was 41.4%, 35.4% and 16.7%, respectively. The response of the three vegetables to earthworm manure soaking treatment was different, and the corresponding degree from large to small was Brassica napus > Chinese cabbage > Purple celery. Compared with untreated earthworm manure treatment, earthworm manure soaking once and three times significantly reduced vegetable yield, but increased VC content. The content of nitrate was significantly reduced by earthworm manure soaking once and three times, which was 7.3% and 8.8% lower than that of non-soaking treatment, respectively, and there was no significant difference between soaking once and three times. It could be concluded that the application of earthworm manure soaking once has better effect in production, which is worthy of popularization.
