Abstract: The goal of the sustainable development of the Miyun reservoir is to achieve water conserving and economic developing simultaneously, so it is important to study the feasible eco-ecological mode of the Miyun reservoir. According to the developing programming of Beijing, growing experience and the actual situation and future aim of Miyun county, this paper puts forward the sustainable mode called one circle, four strips and three circulations, which means to construct the sustainable circle centering Miyun reservoir, constitute four eco-ecological strips named as ecology conserving, rural sight-seeing tour, characteristic industry, product processing for increment, and construct circular mode of material energy and economy in-out side of four strips, form reasonable energy rank. Also, some suggestion about key technique (green and blue) and strategic countermeasure (governmental management and ecological compensation) of the mode function was presented.
