互花米草领域研究热点与前沿分析——基于CiteSpace的大数据可视化研究

Analysis of Research Hotspots and Frontier of Spartina alterniflora Based on Big Data Visualization of CiteSpace

摘要:

为了全面探析互花米草的研究热点和发展趋势,利用文献计量学软件CiteSpace 6.1 R2对Web of Science和中国知网数据库互花米草文献进行梳理和可视化分析。结果表明:(1)国内外互花米草研究发文量呈上升趋势,2018年起国内总发文量超越国外。(2)国外互花米草研究机构以Louisiana State University为首,形成了以Bertness M-Silliman B-Iribarne O团队、Mendelssohn I-Hester M团队、Morris J-Wigand C团队为核心的研究力量;国内研究机构以中国科学院大学为首,核心研究团队是李博-安树青团队、张利权团队、仝川-曾从盛-王维奇团队,但国内外研究合作仍待加强。(3)互花米草研究历经以保滩护岸为目的的认识阶段、以生理学和生态学为主的理论研究阶段、应对互花米草扩散及入侵的防治技术研发和实施阶段。(4)国内外互花米草研究核心内容基本一致,但近10年来国内研究聚焦于互花米草入侵对本土植物影响、入侵机制及防治技术等。基于此,文章指出:国内互花米草研究应从治理技术零散、防治成本高、再次入侵、潜在污染风险大等方面给予更多关注,尽快形成适应中国地理环境特征的互花米草可持续治理技术;互花米草研究目前仍处于快速发展期,研究广度和深度不断增强,未来一段时间内,强化互花米草防治科技支撑、实施互花米草治理全过程跟踪评估仍是该领域的关注热点。

Abstract:

In order to comprehensively analyze the research hotspots and development trends of Spartina alterniflora, the bibliometric software CiteSpace 6.1 R2 was used to sort out and visualize the literature of Spartina alterniflora in Web of Science and CNKI database. The results show that: (1) the number of published papers on Spartina alterniflora at home and abroad is increasing, and the total number of published papers in China has exceeded those of foreign countries since 2018. (2) Louisiana State University is the main institution that studies on Spartina alterniflora among the foreign research institutions, and Bertness M-Silliman B-Iribarne O, Mendelssohn I-Hester M, Morris J-Wigand C are paramount foreign research teams. Meanwhile, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences stands the forefront of domestic Spartina alterniflora research, and the major research teams are Li Bo-An Shuqing team, Zhang Liquan team, Tong Chuan-Zeng Congsheng-Wang Weiqi team. (3) The research of Spartina alterniflora has gone through the initial stage focusing on beach protection, the theoretical research stage based on physiology and ecology, and the development and implementation stage of prevention and control technologies to deal with the spread and invasion of Spartina alterniflora. (4) The core content of Spartina alterniflora research at home and abroad is essentially similar, but in the past 10 years, domestic research has focused on the impact of Spartina alterniflora invasion on native plants, invasion mechanism and control technologies. Based on this, this paper points out the need to pay more attention to solve such problems as scattered technology, high cost of prevention and control, re-invasion and potential pollution risk in Spartina alterniflora research in China, and the sustainable management technology of Spartina alterniflora should be formed as soon as possible to adapt to the characteristics of Chinese geographical environment. At present, the research on Spartina alterniflora is still in a period of rapid development, and the breadth and depth of research are constantly increasing. In the future, strengthening the scientific and technological support for the prevention and control of Spartina alterniflora and implementing comprehensive evaluations of whole process of Spartina alterniflora management are still the focus in the study of Spartina alterniflora.
