Analysis of Climatic Safety after Spraying with CHA-BAU9403 in Wheat

摘要: 应用化学杂交剂(CHA)诱导雄性不育是小麦杂种优势利用的重要途径之一。BAU9403是中国农业大学独立合成选出的新型化学杂交剂。对喷施BAU9403后遇雨的气候安全性进行的研究结果表明,对品种豫农9901而言,在药隔期喷施效果较好,喷施剂量为0.8kg/hm2时,不育率为100%;喷药后5h喷水,对雄性不育效果影响不大,喷药后8h喷水,对雄性不育效果基本无影响。说明喷药后5h左右药液已大部分被小麦植株吸收,8h后药液已被完全吸收。如果在喷药后1~5h内遇雨,补喷0.2kg/hm2的剂量即可。

Abstract: Male sterility of wheat inducing by Chemical hybridization agents (CHA) is one of the main ways to produce hybrid wheat seed. BAU9403 is a new type of CHA which made in China agricultural University. Climatic safety evaluation after spraying with BAU9403 in wheat was studied in this paper. The result showed that the male sterility rate in wheat cultivar Yunong 9901 was 100% when spraying BAU9403 with the dosage of 0.8kg/hm2. A little decrease in male sterility rate was found after five hours when spraying with the water; while no significant decrease in male sterility rate was happened after eight hours when spraying with the water. If raining happened during one to five hours after spraying BAU9403, it is necessary to spraying the CHA with the dosage of 0.2kg/hm2.
