白肋烟株系比较试验初报

Burley Tobacco Plant line Comparison Test

摘要: 为了选育优质白肋烟品质种,采用田间试验研究手段,把从高世代中选出的优良株系,进行株系比较试验,结果表明:(1)各株系株高除99P-2-1-1外,其它都超过CK,最高的是99K-5-2-1,比CK高12.8cm。各株系平均有效叶数为22.66,接近CK。大田生育期均为97d,属中熟株系。(2)各株系都有不同程度的黑胫病、赤星病发生,其中黑胫病发病率99K-5-2-2最低,99I-7-5-1的较高,赤星病发病率99P-2-1-1最低,99F-1-1-2的较高。花叶病发病率除99I-7-5-1、TN86(CK)为0外,其它发病率均为0.56%。(3)产量99K-5-2-2、99K-5-2-1超过CK,其中99K-5-2-2居一,99K-5-2-1居二,99P-2-1-1;产值除99I-7-5-1外均超过CK,以99K-5-2-2居一,99P-2-1-1居二;上中等烟比例以99K-5-2-2居一。(4)综合比较99K-5-2-2、99K-5-2-1、99F-1-1-2遗传性状稳定,株型好,综合抗性较强,产量产值及上中等烟比例超过或接近CK,外观质量较好。尤其以99K-5-2-2、99K-5-2-1表现最好,其次是99F-1-1-2,建议继续试验。

Abstract: In order to breed quality Burley tobacco varieties, which were appropriate for planting at different region, the field comparison test of 5 plant lines and CK were conducted and their agricultural and economic character, disease resistance were analysized. The agricultural character results showed that the plant height were higher than that of CK besides 99P-2-1-1 and 99K-5-2-1 was the highest in the 5 plant lines. The average leaf number was 22.6,which was close to CK. The growing stage of all plant lines were 97d, which were middle maturing plant line. The resistance date indicated that tobacco black shank disease, tobacco brown spot were found on all plant lines. The disease incidence of 99I-7-5-1 tobacco black shank disease was the highest in the 5 plant lines, and that of 99K-5-2-2 was the lowest. The disease incidence of 99F-1-1-2 tobacco brown spot was the highest in the 5 plant line, and that of 99P-2-1-1 was the lower. The disease incidence of the tobacco mosaic virus all were 0.65% besides 99I-7-5-1, TN86(CK) being 0. The yield of 99K-5-2-2、99K-5-2-1 overtook that of CK, and the yield of 99K-5-2-2 was the highest, and that of 99P-2-1-1 was second. The output exceeded CK besides 99I-7-5-1, and that of 99K-5-2-2 the highest, and that of 99P-2-1-1 was second. The first-class tobacco proportion of 99K-5-2-2 was the highest. The genetic character of 99K-5-2-2, 99K-5-2-1, 99F-1-1-2 was stable, and the plant type was rational. The comprehensive resistances were the highest. The yield and production value and high and middle class leaf ratio were than that of CK or close to CK. The usefullness of cured leaf was high. Above all, the comprehensive performance 99K-5-2-2, 99K-5-2-1 of was the best. 99F-1-1-2 was Second.
