有机肥料种类及其施用时间对烟田土壤微生物群落的影响

Effect of Different Kinds of Organic Manure and Application Time on Micro-organism in Flue-cured Tobacco Planting Soil

摘要: 通过田间试验研究了前作和当季分别施用不同的有机肥料(腐熟猪粪、菜籽饼和腐熟秸秆)种类对烟田土壤中细菌、真菌、放线菌总量的影响。结果表明:前作或当季施用不同有机肥料对土壤中细菌、真菌、放线菌总量及其高峰持续时间有不同影响,土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌总量分别在移栽后14d(当季施用猪粪的处理在移栽后35d)和63d达到最大。前作或当季施用腐熟猪粪移栽后63d增加了真菌总量,其增量分别为14%、13%;当季施用腐熟猪粪、菜籽饼、腐熟秸秆在移栽后63d增加了放线菌总量,其增量分别为2.4%、41.13%、23.39%。

Abstract: Effect of different kinds of organic manure including fully-fermented pig manure, oil cake and fully-fermented crop straw and application time on bacterium, fungi, actinomycosis in flue-cured tobacco planting soil. Result showed that content and top kept time of these three kinds of micro-organism were affected by application time. Content of these kinds of micro-organism reach the top at 14d and 63d after planting. Content of fungi was increased by 14.00 and 13.00 percent by using fully-fermented pig manure before this season or in this season at 63d after planting, respectively. Content of actinomycosis was increased by 2.40, 41.13 and 23.39 percent by using fully-fermented pig manure, oil cake or fully-fermented crop straw at 63d after planting respectively.
