摘要： 在对西北农林科技大学贫困生心理问题进行调研的基础上，分析了农林高校贫困生心理问题的表现及成因，揭示了和谐化育的原则和有效路径。处理好“四个和谐”：身处逆境和艰苦奋斗的和谐；物质资助和精神关爱的和谐；贫困生成才和成人的和谐；家庭、学校、政府和社会救助的和谐。

关键词: 旱地农业, 旱地农业, 覆盖栽培, 秸秆, 地膜, 化学覆盖物

Abstract: Based on investigation of poor students in Northwest A&F University, the existence and Causes of psychological problems of poor students in Agriculture and Forestry University were analyzed and effective ways of cultivation were pointed. Four aspects should be coped with harmoniously: Dealing with depression and struggle; Substance relief and spirit love; The way to intelligent and to healthy people; Family, school, government and social assistance.
