陆地棉愈伤组织诱导及体细胞胚发生的生化机制研究

摘要: 对陆地棉愈伤组织诱导及体细胞胚发生过程中的主要生化物质(可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、SOD活性和IAA氧化酶活性)的测定表明,各个时期的可溶性蛋白含量、SOD活性是不同的,在愈伤组织形成初期较低,随着愈伤组织的生长及胚状体的形成,可溶性蛋白含量、SOD活性逐渐上升,在120d时达最大值;而可溶性糖含量在60d时有一个高峰值,在120d时达到最低值;IAA氧化酶活性在60d、120d时酶活较高,90d的酶活较低。

Abstract: The rule of growth and decline about main biochemical material (solubility protein, solubility sugar, SOD and gossypol IAA) contacting with stomatic embryogenesis showed that content of solubility protein and SOD activity was differed in the different period, being lower in earlier callus and reaching maximum in 120 day. But solubility sugar attained maximum in 60 day and minimum in 120 day. The activity of IAA oxidase was higher in 60, 120 day and lower in 90 day.
