云南岩白菜资源调查及其生物学特性观察

摘要: 观测云南省境内5个岩白菜居群的生物学特性,发现不同岩白菜居群间在形态特征上也有明显差异,可为岩白菜的GAP栽培提供科学依据,也可为遗传育种工作奠定坚实的基础;采用样地调查法进行调查,记录岩白菜所处海拔高度,每平方米岩白菜株数、植株所处时期、株幅、株高、营养叶数、叶长、叶宽、根状茎直径和伴生植物等指标;岩白菜的花有粉红色和紫红色两种,花朵大小、叶片大小、叶形、叶柄长、叶鞘宽、叶鞘上缘与叶片间距离等性状在不同居群间存在着很大的差异;结果说明云南境内的岩白菜存在着丰富的遗传多样性,这与云南独特的立体气候是相适应的,可对岩白菜进行遗传多样性研究。

Abstract: The biological characteristic observation results of 5 populations of Bergenia purpurascens(Hook. f. et Thoms.) Engl. in Yunnan province indicated that there are two kinds of flowers, namely pink flower and purple-red flower. Some traits such as the blossom size, the blade size, the blade's form, petiole length, leaf sheath breadth, the distance between the top of leaf sheath and blade, etc. varied significantly among different populations of B. purpurascens in Yunnan Province. It implied that B. purpurascens in Yunnan province existed abundant genetic diversity. This result is accordant with the unique tridimensional climate in Yunnan province.
