摘要: 还原糖和总糖是评价烟叶化学成分的两个常用指标,而生态因素对二者造成的影响要大于品种等其他因素,因此适宜的生态条件才可能生产出糖类含量适中、化学成分协调的烤烟。分析了影响烤烟还原糖、总糖含量的重要因素,概述了温度、光照、海拔、土壤水分、土壤养分等生态因素对烤烟还原糖、总糖含量影响的研究进展

Abstract: Total sugar and reducing sugar were two commonly used indexes which we evaluated chemical components of tobacco leaf and the influences of ecological factors on the two were bigger than the variety and other factors.Therefore, only suitable ecological condition can produce flue-cured tobacco of moderate sugar content and coordination chemical components. This article analyzed the factors which influenced the reducing sugar and total sugar content;summarized research progress that ecological factors such as the temperature, sunlight, altitude, the soil moisture and soil nutrients affected total sugar and reducing sugar content.
