Cd2+、Pb2+对木麻黄种子萌发及抗性生理特性的影响

摘要: 以中国沿海农田防护林主栽树种木麻黄的种子为材料,研究Cd2+、Pb2+单一及复合污染胁迫对木麻黄的萌发生长及其抗性生理的影响。结果表明:随着Cd2+、Pb2+单一及复合污染胁迫浓度的增大,木麻黄种子萌发率、株高、根长、鲜重、干重等明显降低,而MDA含量和SOD活性均随Cd2+、Pb2+胁迫浓度的增大而升高。研究表明,Cd2+、Pb2+单一及复合污染都会对木麻黄的初期生长造成伤害,Cd2+、Pb2+胁迫在木麻黄种子萌发生长上表现出协同效应,在对生物体膜脂过氧化及抗氧化生理反应上存在一定程度的拮抗作用。

Abstract: This study discussed the effects of Cd2+、Pb2+ single and their Combined pollution on sprouts, MDA contents and SOD activitis of Casuarina equisetifolia seedlings. The results showed that the seed germination percentage, the height, length of roots, fresh weight, and dry weight of seedlings all obviously decreased with treatments of the increasing Cd2+、Pb2+ single and their Combined pollution concentrations; At the meantime, both the MDA contents and the SOD activity of Casuarina equisetifolia seedlings present increase tendency. Based on all above, Cd2+、Pb2+ single and their combined pollution led to some damage effects on seed germination of Casuarina equisetifolia. The results also suggest there is a cooperative effect of Cd2+and Pb2+ on seed germination,but there is an antagonist effect on membrane lipid oxidation and antioxidants physiological characteristics in a way.
