40%乙酰甲胺磷乳油在青油菜和土壤中的消解动态研究

摘要: 为了评价乙酰甲胺磷在蔬菜上使用后的环境行为和环境安全性,采用GC/MS测定方法,研究了40%乙酰甲胺磷乳油在青油菜和土壤环境中的消解动态规律和最终残留。结果表明:乙酰甲胺磷在降解过程中可转化为甲胺磷,乙酰甲胺磷和甲胺磷在青油菜上的降解半衰期分别为1.36d、2.86d,在土壤中的降解半衰期分别为1.84d、2.96d,乙酰甲胺磷降解速率比甲胺磷快,在正常使用条件下,不会造成环境的累积和污染

Abstract: In order to evaluate environmental safety and establish safe applied standard, residue dynamics and final residue of acephate (40%EC) in rapes and soil were studied using GC/MS method. The results showed that acephate could degrade to methamidophos rapidly in the rapes and soil. The degradation rate of acephate faster than methamidophos, the half life of acephate and methamidophos in rapes are 1.36 days and 2.86 days, the half life of acephate and methamidophos in soil are 1.84 days and 2.96 days. Acephate would not lead to residue contamination in rapes and residue accumulation in soil under normal applying condition.
