摘要: 运用聚乙二醇(PEG6000)模拟水分胁迫的方法,研究了水分胁迫对不同品系橡胶树根系水流导度(Lpr)、根系活力和叶片水分饱和亏缺变化的影响。结果表明:水分胁迫对橡胶树根系水力学导度、根系活力和叶片水分饱和亏缺产生明显影响,随着水分胁迫时间的延长,根系水力学导度逐渐下降,根系活力呈现先增加后下降,叶片水分饱和亏缺逐渐增加的趋势。从橡胶树根系水导与根系活力在水分胁迫下的下降程度和叶片维持水分平衡的能力来看,GT1对水分胁迫的抵御与适应能力相对较强,其次是PR107﹥RRIM600,PB86忍耐水分胁迫最弱。

Abstract: By applying PEG6000 water stress simulation method, effects of water stress on change of root hydraulic conductance,root system vigor and leaf water saturation deficit were studied. The result indicated: water stress had significant influence on root hydraulic conductivity, root system vigor and water saturation deficit of rubber trees, with the prolongation of the water stress time, root hydraulic conductivity was decreased gradually, but root system vigor increase firstly, and then decreased. According to the decreasing degree of root hydraulic conductivity and root system vigor under water stress and the ability to maintain leaf water, the result showed that, the drought-resistant and adaptive capacity of GT1 was comparatively strong under water stress, followed by PR107, RRIM600 and PB86 orderly.
