保护地菜豆菌核病病原鉴定及其生物学特性

Studies on the Identification and the Biological Characteristic of the Pathogen of Bean Sclerotinia rot in Greenhouse

摘要: 对天津地区保护地菜豆菌核病病原菌进行分离纯化,在实验室条件下对病原菌的形态特征、致病性和生物学特性进行了研究,结果表明病原菌为核盘菌[Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (Lib) de Bary.]。此菌在多种培养基上均可生长,最适生长培养基为PDA。菌落生长温度范围为5~30℃,最适菌落生长温度为18~23℃。菌丝生长的适宜湿度为90%~100%;在所测试的碳源中,病原菌对乳糖利用最好;在供试的氮源中,对硫酸铵利用最好;菌丝在pH3~10均可生长,生长的最佳pH值为6.5。

Abstract: The pathogen of bean Sclerotinia rot was purified from greenhouse in TianJin.The morphology characteristics and pathogenicity and biological characteristics of the pathogen were studied. The results showed that Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (Lib) de Bary.was identified as pathogen. The temperature for colony growth ranged from 5~30℃and the optimum growth temperature ranged from 18~23℃;The optimum growth humidity for colony growth ranged from 90%~100%;Among the tested carbon and nitrogen souses,lactose was useful types,ammonium sulphate was the favorable nitrogen source for mycelium growth;Mycelium could grow at pH 3~10,with the optimum 6.5.
