This thesis enumerates each expert ‘s different interpretation concerning agro-tourism. After thorough analysis, we unify to definite its content and postpone outside, and concentrates on thorough inquiry into the basic characteristic, the social economic function and the demand on management. So it is necessary to study theory and manipulate measure of agro-tourism exploitation and management.
