核桃不同品种果实坚果品质分析

摘要: 我们对22个不同早实核桃品种外观品质和核仁脂肪含量和蛋白质含量进行分析,果实外观品质主要包括单果重、壳面光滑度、壳皮厚度、颜色、出仁率、取仁难易等方面,综合外观品质较好的品种有香玲、鲁光、丰辉、鲁果2号、岱香、辽核2号、辽核4号、辽核7号、辽核8号、中林6号,出仁率高的有鲁光、岱辉、辽核1号、辽核2号、辽核4号、辽核5号、辽核8号、中林3号,脂肪、蛋白质含量较高的有鲁果3号、岱香、鲁果2号、中林3号、丰辉、中林6号。因此,不同的栽培品种适宜不同的栽培形式和目的。

Abstract: Investigated the shell character of walnut cultivars at prensent,including shell smoth,single nut weight,the rate of kernel weight and nut weight etc.The better are Xiangling,Luguang,Fenghui,Daixiang,No.2 of Luguo,No.2 and No.6 of Liaohe.Analysed the internal qualities of varieties,primary facters are fat and protein,the higher content are No.2 and No.3 of Luguo,Daixiang,No.3 and No.6 of Zhonglin,Fenghui etc.
