摘要: 为探明不同氮素形态下烤烟成熟期叶片组织结构以及叶片叶绿素含量的变化。通过盆栽试验,对不同成熟期烟叶的组织结构和叶绿素含量进行测定。结果表明:不同氮素形态处理的烤烟,其叶厚、上表皮、叶肉组织随着成熟度的提高而降低,每个处理在不同的成熟期降幅各不相同。在适熟阶段,NH4+-N 50%+NO3--N50%处理下的叶片厚薄适中,有利于烘烤和烟叶品质的提高。在不同的成熟期,3个不同氮素形态处理的叶片的叶绿素含量在P<0.05水平上差异显著。叶绿素的含量都随着成熟度的增加而降低。其降幅从定长到初熟和从适熟到过熟的过程中值较大。这一结果为烟叶生产实现优质适产提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract: In order to understand the changes of flue-cured tobacco leaf tissue structure and mature leaf chlorophyll content under different forms of nitrogen situation with pot experiment, the changes of leaf’s tissue and the content of chlorophyll of flue-cured was studied during the period of maturation under the different nitrogen forms. The result indicated that: The flue-cured tobacco that under different nitrogen form treating, the leaf thickness, the thickness of upper epidermis, the mesophyll organization increased with the increase of maturity degree, and each processing is various different in its range of fall in mature period. In suitable ripe stage,the leaf thickness of NH4+-N 50%+NO3--N 50%(T1)is moderate and advantage to bake and improve the quality of tobacco. In different mature period, the leaf chlorophyll content in P<0.05 under three different nitrogen forms was significant different with each other. The content of chlorophyll all was decreased with the increase of maturity degree under three nitrogen forms. The range of fall fell bigger at the time from decides as long ripe to as at the beginning of in the ripe and from the beginning of in the ripe to the suitable ripe. Such primary results were raised to satisfy the production of high-quality tobacco leaves.
