摘要： 高速发展的公路建设，在带来巨大效益的同时，其对生态环境的破坏不容忽视。本文即是从公路建设过程中的水土流失成因、特点、危害进行总结，最终以分区的形式提出公路建设过程中水土保持措施，以期为公路建设过程中的水土保持服务。

关键词: 蒌蒿, 蒌蒿, DNA提取, RAPD-PCR体系优化, 引物筛选, Artemisia selengensis Turez.

Abstract: The environment is influenced greatly by highway construction, when we enjoy the great profit carried out by the highway, the negative influence can not be ignored. The paper described in detail the cause, character and its harm of soil loss during highway construction, and summarized the soil and water conservation’s measure in order to serve highway construction well.
