鸡桑叶片光合速率与气孔导度及微气象因子的相关性研究

摘要: 摘要:鸡桑(Morus australis Poir)叶片光合速率是桑的重要生理指标,本文旨在对影响鸡桑光合速率的生理因子------气孔导度和影响鸡桑光合速率的微气象因子进行分析,讨论其对鸡桑光合速率的影响;在鸡桑果实成熟期开展连续24h加密观测微气象因子,符合气象观测规范,采用LI6400型便携式光合测定仪,每个时次对相同的叶片进行活体测定。结果显示:鸡桑气孔导度与叶片光合速率及蒸腾速率呈正相关关系;鸡桑胞间CO2浓度与气孔导度呈负相关关系,CO2浓度在不同阶段对气孔导度的影响不同,浓度水平越高,影响越巨大;在影响鸡桑光合速率的微气象因子中,光照强度及叶温与鸡桑叶片光合速率在一定范围内呈正相关,光合速率随胞间CO2浓度的升高而降低。可见:鸡桑气孔导度与叶片光合速率、蒸腾速率及胞间CO2浓度关系密切,且与蒸腾速率的关系更显著;光照强度、CO2浓度及叶温等气象因子作为重要外界因素,其对鸡桑叶片光合速率的影响也是巨大的。

Abstract: Abstract: The photosynthetic rate of morus australis poir is an important physical indicator of morus. The essay focuses on the analysis and discussion on the physical factor and the tiny meteorological phenomena factor, both of which exert effect on the photosynthetic rate of morus australis poir. With the help of an LI6400 portable photosynthetic determinator, the findings of a 24-hour close observation over the tiny meteorological phenomena factor during the mature period of morus australis poir are as follows: First, the correlativity between the leads degree of air hole and the photosynthetic rate and the transpiration rate of the blade is positive; second, the correlativity between the CO2 density of the morus australis poir and the leads degree of air hole is negative. The CO2 density exerts different effect on the leads degree of air hole at different stages, namely, the higher the density level is, the greater the effect will be; finally, among the tiny meteorological phenomena factors affecting the photosynthetic rate of morus australis poir, the correlativity between the illumination intensity as well as the blade temperature and the photosynthetic rate of morus australis poir blade is positive accordingly, and the photosynthetic rate decreases as the CO2 density of the morus australis poir increases. It is self-evident that the leads degree of air hole of morus australis poir is closely ralated to the photosynthetic rate of the blade and the CO2 density of the morus australis poir, in particular, more closely related to the transpiration rate; as important exterior factors, such meteorological phenomena factors as the illumination intensity, the CO2 density and the blade temperature have an great effect on the photosynthetic rate of the morus australis poir blade.
