早熟转基因抗虫棉生育特点初步研究

摘要: 新疆棉区已成为中国三大棉区之一,近年来棉铃虫有逐渐蔓延和加重的趋势。为使转基因抗虫棉在新疆有效利用与发展,该文对早熟转基因抗虫棉的生育特点进行了初步的研究。研究结果表明:早熟转基因抗虫棉前期生长缓慢,中后期生长较快,铃期较长;棉铃发育过程中鲜重达到最大值时间比当地早熟品种(系)晚7d左右,后期棉铃脱水较慢,体积、干重与当地早熟棉品系发育相似,衣分转基因棉稍低;光合速率早熟转基因抗虫棉比当地早熟品种(系)最大值出现的时间偏晚,且表现光合速率偏小的现象。基因抗虫棉种植前期以促为主,以增进棉花发育,后期肥水调控必须适当,以免贪青晚熟。

Abstract: Cotton area of Xinjiang becomes one of three cotton big area of china. It is grievous that more and more bollworms disserve cotton recently. Primarily penman studies on Growth Regularity (generational characteristic) of Transgenic Bollworm-resisting Cotton, for transgenic bollworm-resisting cotton are used and developed in Xinjiang. And the result is as follows: Early-maturing transgenic bollworm-resisting cotton grows slowly in earlier stage and grows quickly in later stage. The boll stage of transgenic bollworm-resisting cotton is long. By comparison with local early-maturing cotton variety, during the course of boll growth early-maturing transgenic bollworm-resisting cotton boll reach the maximum fresh weight 7 days later, lost water slower , increase volume and dried weight the same as it; ginning outturn is lower; in a day the maximum photosynthesis rate appears later, furthermore, the maximum value is lower. The results of study on growth regularity of transgenic bollworm-resisting cotton indicated: It gives priority to provide abundance fertilizer and water to accelerate cotton planting growth in early stage and regulate fertilizer and water to avoid serotinous in later stage.
