香蕉优良品种威廉斯B6组培生产培养基控制及耐SO2初探

摘要: 适宜控制培养基用量,能稳定威廉斯B6香蕉组培苗生长量、繁殖率,减少原料投入。30ml的用量其增殖率最高、培养基利用率较高,超过30ml的用量其增殖率相对下降,培养基利用率降低,但单苗增重量最大,综合考虑培养基损失、蕉苗耐SO2性等因素,认为培养基用量应控制在25~30ml/瓶。威廉斯B6在封闭的15g/100ml Na2SO3环境下表现出比粉蕉、大蕉较高的SO2敏感性,但与巴西蕉类似。此为香蕉组培苗标准化生产及不同品种香蕉苗的抗SO2逆境管理提供部分依据。

Abstract: Suitable control content of culture medium can benefit growth, proliferation rate of Williams B6 seedling, save spending of production material. The content of 30ml per bottle show the highest proliferation rate and the higher usage of culture medium, the contrary result will appear when preponderate over the content of 30ml per bottle, but the increase weight of single seedling. For the losing of medium by sterilization, seedling SO2 resistance and other effects, it’s considered the content of 25~30ml per bottle is fit for production of tissue culture seedling. The varieties of Williams B6 and Brazil banana show the higher SO2 sensitivity compare with the powder plantain and plantain when the Na2SO3 concentration reaches 15g/100ml. The result will benefit standard production and planting management of tissue culture seedling of banana against SO2 adversity.
