Abstract: Informatization evaluation is an important indicator for measuring institutes’ sustainable innovation. According to current situation of informatization construction of the Chinese academy of agricultural sciences in recent years, this study based on in-depth field investigation and research of institutes’ Informatization construction and its application, Called for inside and outside hospital expert, information support departments and units information manager for discussion and formulated in line with the actual situation of the index system and design the questionnaire accordingly. After getting the institutes evaluation questionnaire data, we evaluate the information construction by the expert scoring and automatically calculation and according to the results to comprehensive analyze,in order to constantly sum up the experiences of information construction, to promote and partial information.
